The state of Virginia recently launched their new business one stop website. From this website business owners can set up their Limited Liability Company (LLC), partnership, or corporation. They can also obtain tax IDs and even arrange to pay sales and income taxes on-line--all from one easy to use website.

Firelight Gourmet is a small startup manufacturer of BBQ grilling accessories that just launched its first product, a non-stick BBQ Grill Mat, on Amazon.com last month. "With a seasonal product like BBQ accessories, it was important for us to get to market quickly. We couldn't wait for months trying to get our company incorporated or selling season would have been over", Mr. Beyea said.
